We collect as little as we can, we tell you exactly what we use, and we never sell it.
What we collect on this site
Analytics. We use privacy respecting, first party analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and our own aggregate counters) to see page views and where visitors come from. These do not use cookies and do not identify you.
Product analytics. We use PostHog to see which pages and buttons people use, so we can make the site clearer. It runs through our own domain and is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). It keeps a random ID in your browser instead of a cookie, discards your IP address, and does not record your screen. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, PostHog collects nothing.
Session insights. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session replays. Clarity may set cookies and records interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Text you type is masked by default. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft handles this data. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our other analytics respect it, and you can block Clarity with any standard content blocker.
Booking calendar. The calendar on our homepage is provided by Cal.com and loads inside the page. When it loads, Cal.com may set a security cookie. If you book a time, Cal.com processes the details you enter to schedule the meeting and send the invitation. See the Cal.com Privacy Policy for how Cal.com handles this data.
What you send us. If you leave your email or phone number to ask for a demo, and your name and budget if you choose to share them, we store them with basic context (the page you were on and how you found us) and use it only to follow up about AdminZero. No newsletters you did not ask for, no sharing with third parties, no selling. Ever.
Messages and calls. If you message us on WhatsApp, iMessage or text, or call us, we see your number and what you send, and use it only to reply. WhatsApp and your phone carrier handle those messages under their own privacy terms.
Where it lives and how to reach us
Lead details are stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Turso). Ask us anytime to see or delete what we hold about you through the contact page.
