Commercial brokers are some of the most underserved knowledge workers in the economy.

Every week, a broker we know sits down on a Sunday night to catch up on submissions that arrived on Friday. The work itself is not interesting. It is receiving an email, opening its attachments, typing the contents of those attachments into a different system, and doing it again for the next email.

Meanwhile, the broker's actual job, the thing their clients pay them for, is advice. Which carrier. Which coverage. Which exclusion matters and which does not. That is the work that should fill a broker's week. In practice, it fills about forty percent of it.

Admin Zero is built on a specific conviction. The admin half of a broker's job can be done by software that actually understands insurance.
