Less admin. More policies written.

Return your brokers
to broking.

AdminZero cuts the admin behind the whole book: renewals, quotes, claims, meetings, retention. Your brokers keep the relationship, the judgment, the commission.

Half of broking isn’t broking.

Brokers earn their fee reading risk, writing coverage, and standing at claim. The rest is admin.

The renewal chase

Sixty days out, the same risk re-keyed into six carrier portals. Quotes reconciled by hand.

Claims and changes

A fender bender. A vehicle added. Each one an intake, a carrier email, a chase, a record.

The shelf below

Compliance refreshes. Carrier reconciliations. The drip at the bottom of every desk.

The whole desk, lighter.

Six jobs, one desk. Everything runs private to your firm, drafted in your firm’s own templates. A licensed broker signs off before anything sends.

01
The renewal
Sixty days out

Reads the carrier schedule, assesses every policy, and drafts the client email, the summary, and the cover note in your voice.

A broker reviews and sends.
02
The retention flag
Before the client walks

Watches the book for the accounts most likely to leave, from premium spikes to claims friction to gone-quiet clients, and drafts the save call.

Raised early, handled quietly.
03
The comparison
Two quotes in

Reads both quotes line by line, ranks the differences by what they cost the client, and drafts the letter.

One honest answer, ready to send.
04
The claim
First notice to closed

Takes the intake, drafts the carrier email and the client note, and chases the adjuster so nobody else has to.

A broker signs off.
05
The meeting
After every client call

Turns the conversation into a record: notes filed, follow-ups drafted, next steps assigned before anyone forgets.

On the record, same day.
06
The pulse
Every morning

The book’s health on one screen: renewals due, premium movement, open claims, retention risk.

Know before the phone rings.

Two quotes. One honest answer.

A rival quote lands for a client you already hold. Run it below: AdminZero reads both, ranks what matters to the client, and drafts the letter. A broker decides.

Recommendation

Hold for now. We would not switch on these figures: the Lemonade quote is for a different vehicle and a different claims history, so it is not yet a like for like comparison.

Top 5 differences

Ranked by impact on the client
Re-quote Lemonade on the car actually on the policy, the Civic LX. The Si is a higher-performance trim, so its premium is overstated here. Until that is fixed, the two quotes are not the same risk.
Reconcile the claims history before you advise. Allstate rated this on zero claims in three years; Lemonade on one claim in 24 months. Confirm which is right so the policy cannot be voided later for misrepresentation.
Name the trade-off plainly. Lemonade is not cheaper today, yet it lifts the deductible by about $500 and drops the separate glass deductible. The client only feels that at claim time, not on the monthly bill.
Flag the lost benefit. Allstate includes 30 days of rental reimbursement at no cost. The Lemonade quote drops it, which the client notices the first time a car is in the shop.
Give Lemonade its due. The $500,000 liability limit doubles Allstate's $250,000, a real upgrade for a client with growing assets. Worth raising even if they stay with Allstate.

A broker reviews every comparison. Nothing sends without sign-off.
